Why did we create this page?

After 25 years of coaching, I thought I could use my experience to help my colleagues and the athletes to do their job more effectively. The basis of my work is that I don't follow any templates, nor do I encourage anyone to do so. In fact, the opposite: learn and gain as much knowledge as you can and apply that knowledge, but make sure you do it in a way that expresses your coaching philosophy! On this platform we will be showcasing various methods: you can learn about Game-Based Training, professional strength development techniques, and athletic exercises from you can choose the one that's right for you.

My advice is simple: never be afraid to try new methods, because the experience you gain will give you the difference between being good and being the best.

For me, teaching and passing on knowledge is not only important for players, but also for coaches.

For me, teaching and passing on knowledge is important not only for the players, but also for the coaches.

I have been teaching coaches and coaching staff for more than ten years and during this time, the most important thing for me has been to encourage and motivate my colleagues to dare to go their own way.

When I was an aspiring coach, my mentor told me: "Every book should be read, every colleague's opinion should be heard, because if you can use just one sentence from these, you are already a richer man". These thoughts have guided me throughout my career ever since and I'm still doing the same.

would encourage you to do the same. Read the site, watch our videos, because if you can just get one or two thoughts, you've already become a richer coach!

Sports Science Lecturer and Academic,
Performance Enhancement Specialist

We've created this platform to help players and coaches reach maximum performance by sharing over 25 years of experience, therefore maximising their success.

With my colleagues, we have a really important motto, namely: Every coach is an ”experimenter” at the same time. The success of their ”experiment” can be measured well in the performance of the athletes.

Innovation, new methods and the introduction of new technologies establishes the foundation of future success. These also might create advantage against rivals.
This is
the “experiment” itself.

The accurate knowledge and the ability to track new methods in this field creates the starting point of this successful innovation. The greater the depth of knowledge of a coach is, the more effectively new methods and technologies can be introduced.

This project focuses on methods which could be the tools of that effort that leads our players perform 90 minutes with higher intensity and accuracy. I recommend it to those football coaches, who would like to increase the speed of their team – keeping the players on a track of development not only for one match, but also throughout the entire season.

UEFA Certified Coach - UEFA B Licence

Football has fulfilled my life since I was a child. After I retired from playing professional football, I decided to stay as close as possible to the sport and start working as a coach.

I started my coaching career in 2016 and during this time I have gained lots of pedagogical and professional experiences. Currently, I have a UEFA B licence and I work as the U17 head coach at Partium Football Academy.

For me, it is crucial to apply modern and varied exercises in a complex and long-term periodisation plan if I aim to enable my players to develop in every field of the sport. The football-specific sets of exercises provide guidelines from 1v1 game situations to 10v10 match situations.

I have been conducting functional trainings in Budapest since 2015.

Prevention of injuries is a priority to me, therefore the structure of trainings has to be adjusted to the characteristics of individuals, in other words - preventive performance enhancement.

Coaches as well as specialists must be equipped with a great depth of knowledge to have the necessary competencies to differentiated training planning. I aim to improve the performance and conditional abilities of athletes by implementing a planned and progressive load with devices such as kettlebells, barbells, Concept2 Rowers or Assault Bikes. In-line with my fundamental motivation, I always train athletes on long-term and in a complex manner and tend to find those development techniques useful which support this objective.

As a PES, continuous development is not only an opportunity, but also a duty: it provides the professional bedrock which is necessary to be able to treat people with responsibility and that helps athletes achieve their goals.
